We gladly accept Visa and Mastercard as payment for online orders via PayPal and Google Checkout (you dont need a PayPal account to have them process the payment.). Checks, and Money Orders are accepted and can be sent to the following address:

RETURN POLICIES

Our Promise to You:

We are so confident of the effectiveness of our nasal screens in improving your quality of life that we are happy to offer a 30 days money back guarantee on your first week trial pack. You have 30 days to try 1 weeks worth of First Defence Nasal Screens (which is 1 pack) and return the product if you don't believe it made a difference to quality of your life for a full refund.

Please note any additional packs purchased are also covered by the 30 day money back guarantee as long as they are unopened and undamaged.

If you are not fully satisfied with a recent purchase, please contactus at  customerservice@filteryourlife.com.au and we will start the return process. It's our way of guaranteeing your complete satisfaction.

In order to keep our prices competitive, and to continue to offer our current promotions, please be aware of the following return policies:

Refunds: We issue a credit for the order back to the customer in the form of the originating method of payment. For example, if you used your Mastercard to make a particular purchase onFirst Defense Nasal Screens, we will credit that same Mastercard and not another card with a different credit card number. At the time of your return, your credit card numbers may have expired on our systems and we will need to request it again in order to issue you a credit. This must match your expiration date on file.

Return Shipping Costs: Return costs for shipping and handling are non-refundable.

Cancellations/ Exchanges: ALL SALES ARE FINAL EXCEPT FOR RETURNS.  ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND SHIPPED, NO CANCELLATIONS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE HONORED.  PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY SO WE CAN START THE RETURN PROCESS.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. We recommend that you track your package and confirm delivery.  If the carrier indicates that your package has been delivered and you have not received your package, please notify the carrier with your tracking number so they can investigate.
